Concerns about your care.

If you have a concern or complaint about your care, we would like to know so we can work with you to fix it. 

We won’t treat you differently because you raised a complaint about your care. The Charter of Aged Care Rights protects your right to raise a complaint. Contact us on 03 5232 9420 or online via inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au or our online forms.

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is available if you're unhappy with how we deal with your concern, or you have a question about your aged care service or rights. They will listen to you, give you information, and work with you and your provider to resolve your concern.

Aged Care Advocate

You can ask an aged care advocate to help you with concerns about your aged care services.

An advocate is an independent person who can help you understand your rights. They can also support you to sort out any aged care problems.
