Deans Creek PSP Landholder Engagement

Council is currently preparing the Deans Creek Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) which will enable Colac to expand its population to the west over the coming decades.

The Plan will identify the types of future land uses as well as the infrastructure required to service the growth.

To help inform the preparation of the Plan, Council is establishing a Landowner Forum group.

The group will meet regularly with the purpose to facilitate information sharing between Council and landowners about the project and to facilitate feedback from landowners.
