Community Satisfaction Survey underway in Colac Otway Shire
Published on 07 February 2022
The annual Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey is underway across the Colac Otway Shire with residents invited to share their views on Council’s performance.
The survey is commissioned each year by the Victorian Government on behalf of Victorian councils, including Colac Otway Shire Council.
“The survey provides a snapshot of views on our performance across a range of measures and helps us identify improvement areas and plan for the future,” said Colac Otway Shire Council Mayor, Cr Kate Hanson. “We appreciate residents taking the time to assist us with this valuable feedback.”
The details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results will be shared with Council, with phone calls to residents from an independent market research agency, National Field Services, expected to be conducted until mid-March 2022.
The survey will involve 400 interviews with a representative sample of residents of all ages and backgrounds, with results to be expected mid-year. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Colac Otway Shire Council’s Customer Service on 5232 9400.
