Changes to Kerbside Waste Collection Services

There will be no kerbside waste collection services on Christmas Day or New Years Day.

ALL residential bins will be emptied on the day following the usual collection day.

So during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year:

  • bins normally emptied on Monday will be emptied on Tuesday
  • bins normally emptied on Tuesday will be emptied on Wednesday
  • bins normally emptied on Wednesday will be emptied on Thursday
  • bins normally emptied on Thursday will be emptied on Friday
  • bins normally emptied on Friday will be emptied on Saturday

Collections will return to the normal collection schedule from Monday 6 January 2024.

If your bin has been missed for collection, please use our online Submit a Request form to report it directly to our waste collection team - select the Waste Collection option from the Main Category drop down menu.
