Audio Recordings of Council Meetings

Please note: All Council and Committee meetings are live streamed (where it is practicable to do so) and recorded, with the exception of matters identified as confidential items in the Agenda. This includes the public participation sections of the meetings.

By participating in open Council meetings, individuals consent to the use and disclosure of the information they share at the meeting (including any personal and/or sensitive information).

The recordings of the live stream of meetings (from 24 February 2021) are available to the public on the Agendas and Minutes page of this website as soon as practicable following the meeting and will be accessible on the website for a period of at least 12 months.

Audio recordings are also taken to facilitate the preparation of the minutes of open Council and Committee meetings and to ensure their accuracy. Recordings will be retained by Council for a period of four years.

The audio recording for the time period of November 2019 until 10 February 2021 can be accessed below. From February 2021 where a live stream has not occurred the audio recording of the meeting will be added to this page.

The publication of live stream and audio recordings of Council meetings on Council’s website is in accordance with Council policy 18.13 Live Streaming and Recording of Council and Planning Committee Meetings.
