Temporary Relocation of Customer Service
Urgent issues or incidents can be reported to Colac Otway Shire Council 24-hours a day on 5232 9400.
Colac Otway Shire Council’s Colac Customer Service Centre has been temporarily relocated due building maintenance work.
Council's Rae Street Building will be CLOSED during this time and parking availability in the area will be reduced. Please observe all traffic management and signage in place.

There are no changes to phone services or online payment systems.
