Book a Sports Ground

Council administers the regular and casual bookings for the following sports grounds:

  • Central Reserve
  • Western Reserve
  • Eastern Reserve
  • Elliminyt Recreation Reserve (South Colac)
  • Colac Cricket Ground (Lake Oval)

The booking of these grounds is essential for the primary user groups to plan their activities such as football, netball, cricket and training. 

The form also assists Council Parks & Garden division to complete regular maintenance in line with the community's needs.

Please complete the Application Form for Use of Council Sports Grounds Facilities and return either the hard copy to Council's office or by email to inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au

 

Book the Botanic Gardens, Memorial Square or other public venues

Future bookings for public facilities (i.e. Colac Botanic Gardens, Rotunda Botanic Gardens, Memorial Square, Lake Colac Foreshore, Meredith Park) should be directed to Local Laws Unit or the Events Unit. 

Requests for these facilities can be made by submitting an Event in a Public Place form or Application for Wedding Service on Council Land form and return either the hard copy to Council's office or by email to inq@colaotway.vic.gov.au
