Draft Council Complaints Policy

Council is seeking community feedback on their revised Complaints Policy.

The current Complaints Policy was endorsed in 2019 and is due for review.

It provides overarching guidance on the approach that Council will take to complaints management.

A thorough review of the policy has been undertaken by consulting with others in the organisation and investigating local government best practice to identify opportunities for improvement.

We encourage community members to view the Draft Complaints Policy and provide your feedback.

The policy will be on exhibition for period of six weeks, allowing time for submissions to be reviewed and the final policy to be adopted in coming months.
